Using NextAct
You may use NextAct for personal, lawful journal and reflection activities. You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your device and account, and comply with applicable laws.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, recordings, notes, messages, and other content you submit. You give NextAct a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and to provide features you request.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit. Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes another person’s rights.
AI-generated content
NextAct uses automated systems to analyze records and generate diaries, labels, insights, and conversations. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Review important output before relying on it. NextAct is a reflection tool and does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, reverse engineer protected service components except where law permits, use automated means to overload the service, or use NextAct to violate the rights of others.
Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain security, improve functionality, or comply with law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Accounts and termination
You may stop using NextAct at any time and can delete your account from Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, NextAct is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, NextAct is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means the updated terms apply.
